Als Business Operations Manager kan je rekenen op een uitdagend - en vooral uitnodigend - takenpakket:
- Je bent **hoofdverantwoordelijk voor het operationele gebeuren **bij onze klant. In deze rol bewaak je de naleving van de beleidslijnen en garandeer je een correct en veilig operationeel beleid. Kortom, je vervult een cruciale rol met impact
- Als **rasechte people manager** stuur jij volgende collega’s aan: dienst administratie, magazijn, procesbeheerder en de verantwoordelijke dienst-na-verkoop.
- Om de beoogde **kwaliteitsstandaarden** te behalen, volg jij de kwaliteitsnormen op de voet op, en stuur je bij waar nodig.
- Je beheert en coördineert het **werkingsbudget** en bent continu op de hoogte van de meest recente evoluties en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van operations.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director en schakelt dus vlot op directieniveau.
**Profiel**

- Je bent een **master profiel** met ruime ervaring in operationeel management. Door jouw achtergrond heb je vooral een uitstekend zicht op de markt en heersende evoluties.
- Ervaring in HVAC is niet zozeer noodzakelijk. Echter is een sterke **technische knowhow** aangeraden om jouw collega’s gericht te kunnen aansturen.
- Je bent **ondernemend** en werkt **resultaatsgericht**. Je bent daarbij **vooruitstrevend** en je denkt mee over mogelijke strategische opportuniteiten.
- Als rasechte **people manager** coach en ontwikkel jij vol enthousiasme jouw teams.
- Naast het Nederlands is kennis Engels en Frans essentieel gezien de ligging en marktfocus van onze klant.
