**Ben je klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière?** USG Professionals helpt **HR Professionals** bij het versnellen van hun carrière door hen te begeleiden in **projectmatig werken** bij onze topklanten verspreidt over Vlaanderen en Brussel.
Voor onze specifieke klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe consultant die een eerste project als **L&D Coordinator** zal opnemen. Je neemt de volgende uitdagende taken op:
- Je coördineert en implementeert de uitgebreide L&D-agenda, stemt af met stakeholders (wereldwijd en lokaal) en verzamelt de leerbehoeften voor de Belgische unit.
- Je vertaalt dit naar een heldere L&D agenda, beheer van het leersysteem en opleidingsaanvragen.
- Je beheert het lokale L&D budget en wordt ondersteund door een offshore team bij de uitvoering van het L&D programma.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en HR BP's om je HR-vaardigheden te verbreden.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt idealiter al 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in L&D (bredere HR-ervaring is een plus).
- Naast Nederlands spreek je ook zeer goed Engels en idealiter ook Frans.
- Je komt graag in contact met verschillende bedrijven en je werkt graag op projectmatige basis.
- Afstand is geen belemmering voor jou - je werkt bij onze klanten in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Voor dit specifiek project werk je gemiddeld 3 dagen op hun kantoor (Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe & Diegem).
- Last but not least**:je bent gepassioneerd door Human Resources**

- Een contract van **onbepaalde duur **als HR Project Consultant van USG Professionals.
