To reinforce our Marketing team, GB Foods is currently looking for a **Marketing Manager** who will report directly to the Marketing director and will support in the creation, execution and evaluation of our marketing plans with the aim to deliver category & brand growth, share and financial goals, in accordance with the company’s ambition & strategic 3-5Y marketing plan.

The marketing manager is the end-to-end owner of the brand from consumer insights to in-market execution.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- You act like a **strategic architect** guiding our brands journey. By spotting key risks and opportunities and by making informed recommendations, you shape our brand’s future by defining its vision, strategically positioning it in the market and devising top-notch strategies.
- You delve into the market landscape by conducting regular **market analysis**, unraveling the intricacies of consumer behavior, brand measures, competitive dynamics and media trends. Your mission? Transforming data into actionable insights that keep us ahead of the curve.
- You develop a cutting-edge **innovation pipeline** the extends up to 5 years, leading the charge locally. Your compass? Consumer insights and the pulse of retailer priorities and needs that will help you to make innovation meet market demands head-on.
- You further steer our brands toward success by **defining KPI’s**, measuring and **evaluating performance** and suggesting and implementing corrective actions.
- You take the helm in** overseeing brand P&L and all ATL/BTL investments**, working closely together with your colleagues of Trade Marketing. Together, you master the financial landscape and orchestrate impactful investments that elevate our brand to new heights.
- You craft a brand specific **path to purchase** based on identified trial and purchase barriers. You allocate and prioritize annual budgets and activities strategically, you identify key roles at each touchpoint and you ensure consistent execution. The result? A streamlined integrated plan (communication and commercial) with a focus on overall effectiveness and ROI.
- You** oversee agencies**, ensuring consistent and on-brief execution.
- You skillfully navigate the flawless execution of the** brand communication and commercial plan.**:

- You serve as the **go-to expert** on the brand and category for the organization. You take the lead in preparing business meetings and management reviews.
- Using your exceptional people skills,** you develop and coach** 2 brand managers, propelling your team to unprecedented heights.

- You ideally hold a Master’s degree in Economics featuring a robust foundation in Marketing with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- You are a hands-on marketeer with a valuable expertise in product/brand management and you possess a keen understanding of the Belgian retail landscape.
- A solid understanding of management principles, analytical skills and strong commercial intuition are essential.
- You have the ability to articulate a compelling vision and motivate cross-functional teams. Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, English are key.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus, a genuine passion for food is a must-have.
