**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Met zo'n 600 zijn ze, onze IT-specialisten. Topcollega's die elke dag meebouwen aan de technologische (r)evolutie binnen verzekeringen. Onder hen ook het team ‘IT Performance Management’ dat instaat voor de te volgen processen op vlak van budgetten en forecasts én voor de controle van de kosten binnen de dienst IT. Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we nu een Cost Controller (m/v/x).
- Jij definieert het te volgen proces om het budget te bepalen en het te volgen proces om de status van de realiteit - ten opzichte van het budget - te kennen.
- Om je rol succesvol in te vullen bouw je een sterke kennis op van het domein waarvoor je een kostencontrole uitvoert en blijf je continu in contact met het management van dat domein.
- Meten is weten. Daarom sta jij in voor het aanleveren van de nodige KPI’s voor jouw domein, op vraag van het management.
- Aansluitend verduidelijk jij de behoeften op het vlak van rapportering, zowel naar IT Management als naar de Business, en zet je ze om in specificaties voor de rapporteringstool.
- Je stelt proactief suggesties ter verbetering voor aan het IT Management.
- Het contactpunt voor interne klanten, dat ben jij Je beantwoordt hun vragen over de facturatie. Logisch, want jij staat ook in voor het beheer van het kostenallocatiemodel dat de IT-kosten doorrekent aan de interne klanten.

- Jij pikt als geen ander snel **financiële principes en concepten**:
- Op het vlak van werktools heeft **Excel** geen geheimen meer voor jou en je weet waar **SAP, Peoplesoft of Essbase** voor dienen.
- Op een **gestructureerde, georganiseerde en proactieve** manier te werk gaan, mét de nodige **flexibiliteit**? Dat ben jij helemaal.
- Je bent een **sterke **_communicator_**. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk ben je steeds **duidelijk en overtuigend** in je uitleg.
- Kan je een aardig mondje **Frans**? Génial Beheers je bovendien ook het **Engels**? Amazing
- Je hebt een **masterdiploma** in de economie, accounting of een kwantitatieve richting (bv. wiskunde, wetenschappen, informatica) of je kan een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen. Daarnaast heb je een sterke interesse in de materie.
- Heb je bovendien **ervaring met financiële tools** of **voorkennis van de organisatie en de producten en diensten binnen IT**? Waar wacht je dan nog op om te solliciteren?
