**Job description**

iBanFirst is accelerating its development and is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to reinforce the HR team. This position will be based in Belgium (Brussels or Antwerp) along with some travel to our other European offices.

Please note this is a full-time employee role and not open to freelancers.

**What you will do**
- Provide support for the HR team (HRBPs and Talent Acquisition)
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Suggest new HR strategies, including designing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies to resolve organizational challenges
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Mentor managers on employee development best practices
- Consult with team managers and provide daily HR guidance

**What do you bring?**
- You have extensive experience in HR (at least 5+ years)
- Ability to manage change and transformation
- You have a good knowledge of the Benelux market and labour legislation.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English (French, Dutch or German is a plus).
- You are analytical and you have strong communication skills.
- Experience in payroll management. Regional payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to HR, ready to build and develop relationships.
- Positive work attitude with a global mindset.
- You are a team player.
