**VEREISTEN**:
**OPLEIDING EN ERVARING**:

- Opleiding en/of training in Digital Marketing, Communicatie, Informatie en Administratie, HR of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 1 jaar ervaring met **Talent Attraction, HR-marketing en/of Employer Branding**:

- Minstens 1 jaar ervaring met **Digital Marketing** (sociale media, website, CMS, Google analytics, SEO, CRM, SEA,...)
- Ervaring in ondersteunende en administratieve activiteiten
- Ervaring in het organiseren en/of faciliteren van campagnes, webinars, evenementen, netwerken,... is een pluspunt
- Ervaring in informatie-, kennis
- en procesmanagement, Talent acquisition en/of HR is een pluspunt

**VAARDIGHEDEN**:

- Kennis van media en content creatie en van social media content management (in het bijzonder Linkedin)
- Goed overweg kunnen met design en editing softwares zoals Canva; Graphic design, multimedia en audiovisual content en productie
- of web development vaardigheden is een pluspunt
- Kennis en vaardigheden in KPI (engagement, effectiveness,...)
- Vertrouwd met MS Office-pakket; met data collection, statistieken en monitoringactiviteiten (onder andere via Excel). Kennis van Power BI of gelijkaardig is een pluspunt
- Gemakkelijk werken met information software (HR-software, Applicant Tracking System,...)
- Uitstekende copywritingvaardigheden (ook voor digital media); goede communicatieve vaardigheden en om in het openbaar te spreken
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden; vermogen om te multitasken en bovendienkan je heel goed jetijd managen en prioriteiten stellen
- Zeer polyvalent, het beheren van diverse verantwoordelijkheden en projecten, met voldoening in een ondersteunende functie
- Uitstekende aandacht voor detail
- Proactief, dynamisch, initiatief nemend, probleemoplossend, efficiëntie
- en procesgericht, nieuwsgierig, snelle leerling
- Teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken; gevoel voor humor wordt altijd gewaardeerd
- Flexibel en stressbestendig

**DESCRIPTION**:
**CONTEXT**:

- Binnen Artsen Zonder Grenzen (AZG) worden verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van rekrutering verdeeld tussen verschillende stakeholders en geografische locaties. Wereldwijd werken HR-teams in interventies en projecten, partnerafdelingen en operationele centra (OC) samen om de HR-behoeften van AZG in steeds veranderende omgevingen te voldoen._
- De Recruitment Unit (RU) maakt deel uit van de HR-afdeling van AZG OCB (Operationeel Centrum Brussel) en is verantwoordelijk voor:_
- De werving van International Mobile Staff (IMS) om de operationele HR-behoeften van OCB tegemoet te komen
- Het wervingsproces en ondersteuning geven voor OCB HQ posities gebaseerd in Brussel of wereldwijd
- Methodologische ondersteuning aan de projecten leveren en expertise bieden voor de aanwerving van Locally Hired Staff (LHS)
- Talent attraction en employer branding strategieën en activiteiten
- Als referent en expert in rekrutering willen we de rekruteringsstrategieën, het beleid, de processen en/of de activiteiten van OCB ondersteunen en/of omkaderen om een gemotiveerde, kwalitatieve en diverse _Global Mobile Workforce_ aan te trekken en te selecteren. - HR-marketing en Employer branding
- Beheer van communicatie, informatie, kennis en processen
- Ondersteuning aan rekruteringsactiviteiten en administratie
