**Wat ga je doen**:
Als teamleider geef je sturing aan een team van 4 personen, waaronder een facility medewerker, administratief medewerker en twee klusjesmannen. Met een mix van ownership en motivatie breng je het team samen voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
Het beheer van projecten is jouw domein, waar je met passie het voortouw neemt. Van het opstellen van lastenboeken tot het onderhandelen van offertes en het voorbereiden van budgetten, jij neemt het initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. Na het voorbereidende werk volg je de werkzaamheden op, geef je regelmatig interne feedback en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze oplevering.
Je onderhoudt contacten met externe stakeholders, waaronder architecten, (onder)aannemers, verhuurders en experts, evenals interne stakeholders, van shop manager tot country manager. Je weet relaties op te bouwen en enthousiasme te creëren voor succesvolle samenwerkingen.
Naast het coördineren van projecten, ben je ook betrokken bij de dagelijkse facilitaire taken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles probleemloos verloopt en je bent proactief in het vinden van oplossingen.
Je beheert de volledige patrimoniumportefeuille, waarbij je technische dossiers en onderhoudsplannen aanpakt en aanpast aan veranderende behoeften. Je toont ownership door reinigings
- en onderhoudscontracten te controleren en ervoor te zorgen dat deze worden nageleefd. Bovendien ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van schade
- en verzekeringsdossiers.
Je stelt procedures op en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. Daarnaast neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor dossiers met betrekking tot het kadaster, vergunningen, belastingen en subsidies.

- ** Ervaring.** In vastgoed - of facilitymanagement waarbij je al enkele succesvolle projecten hebt gecoördineerd. Ook heb je al een team aangestuurd en weet je hoe je iemand kan motiveren en inspireren om een efficiënte samenwerking te garanderen.
- ** Taalskills.** We zijn actief over heel België en Luxemburg en het hoofdkantoor is gelegen in Denemarken. Dit vraagt voor een vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- ** Flexibiliteit**, bereikbaarheid en het kunnen omgaan met last-minute wijzigingen en tijdsdruk zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je bent gedreven, doelgericht en schrikt niet terug voor administratieve taken.
