Onze klant is een internationaal pakketbezorgbedrijf, opgestart in Frankrijk en inmiddels actief is in 15 landen en opgericht in 1997. Zij hechten als bedrijf veel aandacht aan milieu en zorgen voor een correcte recyclagestroom van hun materiaal binnen het bedrijf. Klantentevredenheid staat hoog bij heb in het vaandel, onze klant wordt dan ook zeer sterk gewaardeerd voor zijn service en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van hun diensten.
Ter uitbreiding van hun team te Tubeke is onze klant op zoek naar een Office Manager.
Als Office Manager heb je een afwisselende functie en behoren verschillende taken tot jouw pakket. Je bent de administratieve kracht waarop de managers kunnen rekenen. Daarnaast zorg je er ook voor dat alle activiteiten op kantoor vlot kunnen verlopen dankzij jouw beheer van het economaat en je overzicht. Je zal deelnemen aan projecten en deze mee uitwerken.
Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren.

Kwalificaties
- Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste administratieve ervaring.
- Je bent zeer matuur en iemand waarop men kan bouwen.
- Een zeer goede kennis, zowel gesproken als geschreven, in het Nederlands en het Frans.
