**INVESTMENT MANAGER (H/F/X)**
WALLONIE SANTE est le fonds d'investissement wallon dédié au financement des acteurs de l'Action Sociale et de la Santé. Il a été créé à l'initiative du Gouvernement wallon afin de développer le Pôle "Investissements Santé" de la Région. Il s'agit du premier outil économique régional wallon actif dans les domaines de l'Action Sociale et de la Santé. WALLONIE SANTE fait partie des OUTILS ECONOMIQUES WALLONS dont les actionnaires sont la Région Wallonne et Wallonie Entreprendre.
En tant que fonds d'investissement, de conseil et de management, WALLONIE SANTE agit selon les mêmes principes qu'un investisseur privé en étant, en outre, attentive à participer à la création d'une plus-value économique durable. Il met à disposition des acteurs de l'Action Sociale et de la Santé en Wallonie des outils financiers adaptés à leurs besoins, en fonction de leurs projets.
Les interventions de WALLONIE SANTE peuvent prendre la forme d'un prêt, d'une garantie et/ou d'une prise de participation temporaire au capital. WALLONIE SANTE peut aussi mettre à disposition de ses bénéficiaires d'autres compétences et services tels que l'Intérim Management, les Prêts Verts et le Tiers-investissement en matière d'énergie.
**Vous avez un Master de type Sciences de Gestion/Sciences économiques ? De très bonnes connaissances comptables et financières ? Vous êtes enthousiaste et proactif, particulièrement motivé par la mission spécifique de WALLONIE SANTE au service du "Pôle Santé" de l'économie wallonne et de son développement ?**

**Missions et responsabilités**
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe en charge de l'étude des dossiers d'Institutions publiques ou privées ayant sollicité une intervention financière et/ou de l'accompagnement.
Vous participerez activement, sous la supervision du CEO et en collaboration avec l'équipe, à l'analyse des dossiers des institutions, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des interventions et au développement du projet de WALLONIE SANTE.
Vous aurez en charge l'étude du projet de l'Institution publique ou privée, de son plan d'affaires, de ses besoins financiers, de sa gouvernance, etc. Cela implique notamment d'analyser la recevabilité de la demande et sa cohérence et d'émettre une proposition de décision au Comité de direction de WALLONIE SANTE.
Vous serez amené(e) à:
- CONSEILLER ET ACCOMPAGNER les acteurs de l'Action Sociale et de la Santé dans leurs projets d'investissement, dans le cadre d'une approche durable et socialement responsable;
- ACCOMPAGNER LA TRANSFORMATION DU PAYSAGE DES SOINS DE SANTE en adéquation avec les nouveaux besoins de la population (coûts croissants, progrès technologiques, soins à domicile, vieillissement de la population, etc.);
- SOUTENIR LE DEVELOPPEMENT ECONOMIQUE ET SOCIAL DE LA WALLONIE (1er secteur de l'emploi en Wallonie).
Vous serez également chargé(e) du suivi et de la gestion de l'investissement. Cela requiert notamment le contrôle de la réalisation des conditions préalables et de la libération des fonds.
Vous agirez dans un rôle de conseil, de défense et de constitution de dossiers de demandes de financement en faveur de certains opérateurs, à leur demande, vers les structures d'investissements traditionnelles.
Vous assurerez la promotion de WALLONIE SANTE auprès de ses bénéficiaires potentiels et gérerez les contacts avec les banques, les conseillers des Institutions et les interlocuteurs intervenant dans le montage des projets.
**Qualifications & compétences techniques attendues**
- Master de type Sciences de Gestion/Sciences économiques (ou équivalent);
- Expérience professionnelle utile à la fonction d'au moins 3 ans;
- Très bonnes connaissances comptables
