Sky-Hero is a dynamic, flexible, fast-growing company specialized in drones and located in Brussels. At Sky-Hero, we conceive, design, produce and commercialize drones with a target market in civil security. After the successful release and commercialization of a first version of its indoor drone (Loki 1.0), the company has now released the second, much more advanced, version (Loki mk2). Our clients range from Police Anti-Terrorist Teams to International Security companies, rescue teams and Army Special Forces. The Loki Mk2 being built as a platform, we are now actively looking for new collaborators, specifically to reinforce our customer support and production capabilities. In that context, the focus would be on strengthening the company’s logistic & production activities. Being part of Sky-Hero will enable you to evolve in a flexible and young environment, work on high-tech products with a complete control on the entire development & production process (very few building bricks of our products are outsourced) and in close collaboration with all stakeholders of the product design teams.
**Responsibilities**:
**As a Logistics Officer at Sky-Hero, you will**:
- Take over the ownership of the full logistics chain of raw material imports (Sea/Air shipping from Asia to Europe) and finished product exports (to Europe, US and RoW)
- Take over the inbound & outbound logistics of temporary imports for after-sales customer support
- Take over the logístical aspect of distribution of our prototypes as to enable tracking of our future product’s feedbacks while coordinating with our production manager
- Manage the financial side of the logistics and structure a comprehensive logistics tracking tool to provide accurate and complete information as well as logistics KPI to our production and financial departments, and manage the logístical side of our ERP
- Gather and organize data about our imports & exports and share them with regulatory third parties
- Collaborate with the supply chain manager to improve operational procedures (including warehousing, shipping, automation...)

- Not being afraid to allocate at least 30% of their time to operational tasks
- Rigor and precision in the execution of all tasks related to logistics, production and customer support. Proactive in setting up structured processes
- Capable to work with agility, under pressure, with tight deadline in an ever-changing environment
- Proactive thinking and open-minded discussions with all the stakeholders of the project
- Not being afraid to be out of their comfort zone, and be ready to learn new technologies
- Work from our offices in Brussels (or partial teleworking), with availabilities to travel (mostly Europe) very occasionally
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in logistics, business, administration, or related fields
- Interest or previous experience in the field of logistics
- Familiarity with customer support and demonstrated proactivity in solving issues
- Experience with at least one ERP system
- English proficiency required, French and or Dutch are a plus
Nice To Have Requirements
Any experience with the following is a plus:
- Relevant knowledge of import and export procedures, dangerous goods shipping, use of mixed transport methods (air/sea/road)...
- Familiarity with IATA transport procedures
- Previous experience with Dolibarr EPR software
- Familiarity with purchasing of mechanical parts, electronical components, and contract negotiation
- Experience with production management and electronical manufacturing processes
- Interest in electronical components and high-tech products
