**Job description**:
- The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu's growth by providing employees with the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures, and ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations.
- As an HR Officer, you will advise and provide HR support, following up on HR policies, procedures, and administrative and legal aspects.
**Your missions**:
- Managing the employee lifecycle within your assigned scope.
- Liaising with external providers on payroll and HR topics, when applicable.
- Supporting employees with HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolving issues.
- Ensuring compliance of compensation and benefits with company policies and government regulations.
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Administering internal communications on HR-related topics for your dedicated population.
- Coordinating and organizing logistics for employee training.
- Contributing to lean management and improving HR processes.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
- Addressing payroll-related queries.
- Preparing documents in compliance with labor legislation and local company regulations.
- Managing personnel record-keeping and reporting.
- Processing employee paperwork and assisting them with workplace adaptation.
**Your profile**:
- Academic background: Master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Fluency in French and English, with basic proficiency in Dutch.
- Eagerness to work in an international team.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, with curiosity and enthusiasm.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Mastery of generative AI such ChatGPT is a plus for improve day-to-day productivity
