De wereld wordt almaar complexer en vereist een steeds groter aanpassingsvermogen. Bovendien vergen de ambities van Belfius een - o.a. digitale - grondige transformatie. De CEO heeft elk lid van het Directiecomité verzocht een sterke Corporate Office uit te bouwen, om het management van zijn/haar activiteit te ondersteunen.
De Corporate Offices binnen de CFO en CRO directie werden recent opgericht met als hoofddoelstellingen: 1) een efficiënte organisatie met duidelijke doelen en ambities, 2) strategische (risico-) projecten coördineren, monitoren en beoordelen, 3) zorgen voor consistentie, de relaties met interne en externe stakeholders voorbereiden en monitoren.
Tegen die achtergrond zijn de directies van CFO en CRO op zoek naar een talent dat de Corporate Office kan versterken voor de begeleiding van de CFO en CRO teams in de uitrol van strategische IT projecten.
**De job in een notendop**
In nauwe samenwerking met de andere leden van de Corporate Office zal de Risk Expert:
- De vooruitgang van de CFO/CRO strategische IT projecten monitoren in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen en zorgen voor een juiste weergave van de CRO en CFO prioriteiten in transversale projecten.
- De volledigheid met de juiste prioritering van projecten in het investment framework (IF) verzekeren.
- De maturiteit bij de start van projecten challengen.
- Risk en ICM vertegenwoordigen in de verschillende domein comités (SDC).
- Risk en ICM ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en uitrol van de data en tooling visie.
- Formaliseert/zorgt voor de formalisering van de bestaande functiestructuur van de afdeling Risk.
- Formaliseert/zorgt voor de formalisering van de beoogde functiestructuur die gelinkt is aan de diverse afdelingen van de directie Risk.

- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse voor Risk en Finance onderwerpen, een master van opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je beschikt over ervaring in projectopvolging EN/OF je beschikt over relevante kennis over Belfius, haar organisatie en haar werking EN/OF de mindset om hierin inzicht te verwerven.
- Je bent ondernemend en werkt resultaatgericht. Je plant je werk en houdt rekening met details door concrete doelstellingen, prioriteiten en de daaraan gekoppelde acties te bepalen.
- Je bent een teamplayer met een uitstekend vermogen om transversale projecten te beheren.
- Je bent proactief en aarzelt niet om bepaalde processen te verbeteren.
- Je bent een uitstekend communicator door je aandacht toe te spitsen op de belangrijke boodschappen en je aan te passen aan je publiek.
- Je kan je uitdrukken in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
