Notre partenaire recherche un-e Electronic Lab Supervisor pour mettre en place le laboratoire de tests et d'essais des produits et veiller à la bonne gestion de celui-ci. Rejoignez-le
**Fonction**
Au départ, vous aurez pour mission de mettre en place le laboratoire de tests de produits électriques et électroniques. Vous aurez l'occasion de collaborer avec le SAV ainsi que les opérations. Par la suite, vous réaliserez les campagnes de tests et d’essais de conformité sur les appareils électriques / électroniques. Vous effectuerez également des opérations de diagnostic et de réparation de produits défaillants dans le cadre du service après-vente au client.
Voici vos activités principales:
- Vous gérez efficacement le laboratoire technique et organisez tous les outils/pièces ;
- Vous configurez et réalisez des bancs de tests (matériel ou via un logiciel) ;
- Vous vérifiez le respect aux normes européennes et celles que le cahier de charges mentionne ;
- Vous rédigez des procédures de tests des produits en support technique aux clients ;
- Vous proposez des améliorations de produits quand cela est nécessaire ;
- Vous contribuez à la création de manuels et tutoriels vidéos pour les utilisateurs ;
- Vous effectuez une remise en condition opérationnelle du matériel/système défectueux ;
- Vous mettez en oeuvre une démarche et un plan qualité.
Cette fonction polyvalente évoluera en fonction de vos compétences, votre autonomie ainsi que le développement de l'entreprise.
**ET SI C'ETAIT VOUS ?**
- Vous possédez un bachelier en électronique ou électrotechnique ;
- Vous avez déjà eu l'occasion de travailler dans un laboratoire ou département R&D;
- Vous disposez de connaissances en programmation (Assembly, C/C++) d’équipements électroniques (PCB par exemple) ;
- Vous connaissez le fonctionnement des systèmes de conversion d'énergie électrique ;
- Vous maitrisez l'anglais (niveau B1 minimum) afin de communiquer avec le groupe et/ou les clients;
- Pédagogue, vous êtes en mesure de créer des vidéos en Anglais pour assurer un service après-vente;
- Proactif-ve et autonome, vous êtes en mesure d'organiser les outils et pièces du laboratoire technique.
