Au sein de VAB le service Training & Consult s’occupe de donner diverses formations dans le secteur de l’automobile, Mystery shopping et services pour des projets externes.

**Description de l'emploi**
Pour un marque très reconnu dans la région Anvers nous recherchons un spécialiste qui utilisera au maximum son expérience pour traiter les dossiers techniques dans le monde d’automobiles.

Ensemble avec vos collègues vous êtes responsable pour le communication avec le réseau, leurs concessionnaires et leurs qualité sur l’usure des procédures. Vous êtes immédiatement responsable pour le satisfaction du client base sur une réponse au base « first-time-right ». Vous donnez un support à vos collègues de Customer Interaction Center en 2e ligne. Vous avez la possibilité unique de gagner de l’expérience sur le plateau d’un très grand importateur Belge.

**Ensemble des tâches**:

- Agir en tant que spécialiste technique en première ligne pour le réseau de concessionnaires en ce qui concerne les questions techniques pour les véhicules neufs et d'occasion. (via système de tickets, mail et par téléphone).
- Fournir aide et assistance aux distributeurs sur diverses questions techniques
- Assurer une administration correcte des activités dans les systèmes appropriés.
- Assurer le traitement de l'administration envers la concession.
- Vous pouvez travailler de façon indépendante
- Pensez de manière proactive à l'amélioration du service.
- Support pour les collègues des services internes (en deuxième ligne)

**Le profil**
- Vous vous sentez prêt - après une expérience technique au sein de l'automobile - à élargir vos connaissances et appliquer votre expertise aux questions techniques les plus complexes
- Vous souhaitez étendre en permanence vos connaissances techniques avec des formations / certifications pertinentes
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue NL - FR (une connaissance de l'allemand et / ou de l'anglais est un atout majeur)
- Une expérience dans une concession, un garage ou un atelier (comme par exemple technicien en diagnostic) est une valeur ajoutée mais n'est pas primordial.
- Vous êtes assertif, communicatif et orienté client.
- Vous êtes analytique et « pensez » résolution des problèmes
- Vous pouvez travailler de façon indépendante et collégiale
- Vous connaissez très bien MS Office
- Vous avez une affinité avec les systèmes de connected drive
