**Job Description**:
ARHS Developments is looking for a PMO with a solid background and experience in IT Governance or PMO office for one of its clients at the EU Institutions.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Portfolio management: Report on the composition of a portfolio: Demands, Services, Projects. Ensure components of the portfolio belong to the correct one. Track the evolution of the portfolio as components get added, enter the closure phase, get cancelled, etc.
- Work together with the rest of the team on creating reports for the senior management and for the whole organization: Structured formal documents to explain the status of the work plan of the IT Directorate, interactive dashboards for the whole community to explore the status of the work plan.
- Participate in trainings as a trainer to spread good project management practices.
- Work together with the team or autonomously on the creation and modification of artefacts. E.g. the creation of a communication plan template.
- Participate in alignment exercises: e.g. Work together with other teams to ensure the Application Catalog is properly referenced on the projects, ensure the Service Catalog is in line with the listed services in the annual work plan of the IT Directorate.
- Participate in meetings with other colleagues to find common solutions to misalignment cases. E.g. run together with other teams a survey to collect information (sometimes via automated survey, sometimes by organizing meetings to gather information from other colleagues.)
- Propose enhancements to process in the PMO office. E.g. by suggesting an automated way to migrate data from a business case into a project charter, etc.
- Work together with the Customer Relationship Managers so the work program is in alignment with the requests from the clients.
- Be able to have a creative mind to both work at strategical level (collaborate on the creation of frameworks and fulfil needs coming directly from the Director General) as well as capacity to work at the operational level (ensure data quality contacting project managers and service managers to enquire on the status of ad-hoc items).
- Assist on the analysis of program briefs and program closure reports.
- Work together with the team checking up the status of programs. Regular meetings with program managers to gather their needs (needs for new artefacts, doubts about the program methodology, ad-hoc assistance with a tough issue when creating an artefact for a program, e.g. by advising on how to create an artefact, what key aspects should be contemplated in the artefact, what is missing in the artefact as created by the program office, etc.)

**Qualifications**:
**Technical skills**
- Portfolio Management, Program Management & Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow, PowerQuery, PowerBI and SQL databases and data mining and data reporting tools.
- Experience in defining IT architecture on various projects (client and server)
- Genuine experience of development and of its related issues
- Implement various architectural paradigms
- UML & MDA modelling
- Up-to-date technological knowledge
- Enterprise Architecture skills
