Met vestigingen in Tubize en Aalst wil Luckx zich verder ontwikkelen op de markt. Om deze ambities te onderlijnen, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven Technisch Project Manager die ons team komt versterken. In deze rol ben jij een **cruciale schakel in het succes van projecten, met een focus op technische nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.**

**Jouw taken als Technisch Projectmanager**

Als onze nieuwe Technisch Projectmanager ben je een cruciale schakel in het succes van onze projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met onze planning manager en met andere belangrijke stakeholders. Het is jouw prioriteit om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten soepel verlopen en dat ze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en geldende normen.

Dat doe je zo:

- Je stelt gedetailleerde technische specificaties en productietekeningen op voor ramen en deuren. Je bepaalt de juiste maatvoering en identificeert de benodigde materialen en componenten op basis van de technische specificaties en vooropgestelde budgetten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stuklijsten, materiaalstaten, bestel
- en productiebonnen en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen tijdig op de werf aanwezig zijn voor installatie.
- Je stuurt het installatieproces aan, lost eventuele problemen op die tijdens de installatie kunnen optreden en zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige uitvoering van het werk. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle installatiewerkzaamheden volgens de specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen en budgetten worden uitgevoerd. Je maakt werfverslagen op en koppelt terug naar de bouwheer.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project voldoet aan de geldende normen en voorschriften. Je voert regelmatige controles uit om de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden te waarborgen. Je inspecteert de installatiewerkzaamheden op de werf.
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met de planningmanager, technisch manager, klanten, algemene aannemers, architecten en andere belanghebbenden om de voortgang van het project te bespreken en eventuele wijzigingen of problemen aan te pakken.

**Wat jij ons biedt**:

- Je hebt een diploma (of gelijkaardige ervaring) in een hogere (bouw)technische opleiding zoals Industrieel Ingenieur bouwkunde of graduaat bouw.
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider of werfleider in de sector van buitenschrijnwerk (of een gerelateerde sector).
- Je bent een echte teamspeler. Je werkt graag met mensen, communiceert vlot en kan goed luisteren.
- Je bent flexibel, ondernemend en zelfstandig en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillen projecten en klanten.
- Je bent stressbestendig en plichtsbewust en denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen. Je bent niet bang voor ambitieuze doelstellingen.
- AutoCAD heeft voor jou geen geheimen en ook met MS Office werk je heel vlot.
- Je bent tweetalig: Nederlands en Frans.
