**De job in een notendop**
Corporate Actions zijn verrichtingen die gebeuren op beursgenoteerde effecten zoals aandelen of obligaties: als Facebook van naam verandert of Shell een kapitaalsverhoging doet of Google op het overnamepad isdan zal jij er, samen met het hele team, voor instaan om die Corporate Actions te analyseren en ze op te zetten in de interne systemen.
Vervolgens informeren we onze klanten hierover als zij die effecten in portefeuille hebben: wanneer de operatie doorgaat, wat de fiscale behandeling is, welke keuzes ze hebben, hoe ze kunnen deelnemen,. We verwerken hun instructies, geven ze door aan onze tegenpartijen en voeren uiteindelijk de operatie uit voor al onze klanten.
Verwacht je aan een uitdagende en gevarieerde job: Corporate Actions bestaan er in vele soorten en ze kennen vele facetten (juridisch, fiscaal, soms zijn er grote bedragen mee gemoeid of is er heel weinig tijd, moet je een verschil in positie verklaren of een Engelstalige tegenpartij challengen); bovendien staat de wereld van de beleggingen nooit stil.
Je volgt een dossier van begin tot einde in een doorlooptijd die meerdere weken kan bedragen. Je zal beginnen met de eenvoudige types en vooral door coaching en on-the-job training doorgroeien naar de meer complexe dossiers.
Voor een belangrijk deel van je job zal je werken met interne & externe IT-systemen, die je in je opleiding grondig zal leren beheersen.

Maar
- Heb je interesse in het beleggingsdomein.
- Ben je gemotiveerd om continu bij te leren en niet bang om je te smijten.
- Ben je nauwkeurig, kritisch maar ook stressbestendig.
- Kan je autonoom werken, maar ben je ook een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Ben je tweetalig met een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Ga je gestructureerd tewerk en kan je meerdere dossiers terzelfdertijd beheren.
