Binnen onze Operations afdeling zijn we opzoek naar een Workforce Specialist om ons team te versterken.

Laten we wat dieper duiken in wat je voor jouw rekening zal nemen:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inzichtelijk maken, voorspellen en prioriteren van het werkaanbod in bestaande en nieuw uit te voeren campagnes.
- Je beheert de inbound
- en outboundtelefoonlijnen zo optimaal mogelijk.
- Je stelt de teammanagers van de afdeling operations in staat om de productiviteit van het team te optimaliseren door de productiviteit en capaciteit te analyseren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, inrichten en onderhouden van de telefoontooling(Genesys).
- Je ziet knelpunten in de organisatie en neemt actie om deze op te lossen.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en kan de juiste zaken uit data halen om van daaruit de nodige actie te ondernemen
- Je behoud op elk moment van de dag een helicopterview aangezien we een deel van onze telefonie outsourcen naar Mauritius en Athene en uiteraard hoort België hier ook bij.
Wat heb je ons te bieden?
- Je hebt een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent analytisch met een goed cijfermatig inzicht.
- Je draagt bij aan onze teamspirit met een gezonde dosis flauwe mopjes.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, alsook met je leuke collega’s
- Ze noemen jou een echte Multitasker en wat een energie krijg je daarvan
- Je bent proactief en getuigt van de nodige discretie.
- Je gebruikt graag jouw presentatietechnieken.
- Je kunt vlot met MS Office werken.
