**About the Role**:
Kinderen gelukkig en gezond houden is onze belangrijkste kracht en een van onze belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden tegenover onze leden.
Als Family Activities Coordinator ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het tevreden houden van de kinderen, maar ook voor het betrekken van hen en hun ouders bij een actieve en gezonde levensstijl.
Je beheert het kernprogramma voor onze kinderen en de actieve vakantieprogramma's. Je leidt ook kinderfeestjes en evenementen, volgens onze zorgvuldig ontwikkelde productbeschrijvingen, lesplannen en sjablonen die Club Play, Club Active en Holiday Active omvatten.
Je volledige toewijding aan de naleving van Health & Safety wordt geëvenaard door de wens om de betrokkenheid van de leden te verbeteren.
Je werft teamleden en ontwikkelt ze door middel van gestructureerde één-op-één gesprekken en formele ontwikkelingsbeoordelingen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de roosters en het beheer van inkomsten en kosten voor dit deel van de club.

Garder les enfants heureux et en bonne santé est notre principale force et l'une de nos principales responsabilités envers nos membres.
En tant que Family Activities Coordinator, vous serez non seulement chargé de veiller au bonheur des enfants, mais aussi de les inciter, ainsi que leurs parents, à adopter un mode de vie actif et sain.
Vous dirigerez le programme de base du club pour nos enfants et les programmes actifs de vacances. Vous organiserez également des fêtes et des événements pour les enfants, conformément à nos fiches produits, nos plans de cours et nos modèles soigneusement élaborés, notamment Club Play, Club Active et Holiday Active.
Votre engagement total à respecter les règles de santé et de sécurité sera assorti d'un désir d'améliorer l'engagement des membres.
Vous recruterez les membres de l'équipe et les ferez évoluer par le biais de réunions individuelles structurées et d'examens de développement formels. Vous serez également responsable des rotations et de la gestion des revenus et des coûts pour ce secteur du club.
