In het kader van haar ontwikkeling is **Fichet Security Solutions Belgium**, een filiaal van Fichet Groep, op zoek naar:
**Project Manager (M/V/X)**

**Vast contract | Zaventem**

**Doel**:
Ter versterking van ons huidige team, zijn we op zoek naar een extra Project Manager. Deze persoon is verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van grote en middelmatige projecten (installaties) rekening houdend met de specificaties van het dossier en het respecteren van de deadlines van uitvoering. Alsook het opvolgen van dossiers tot aan de facturatie. Parallel hiermee, is de persoon ook een technische ondersteuning voor de commerciële medewerkers bij het voorbereiden van offertes. Tenslotte, is het ook de verantwoordelijkheid van deze persoon om ervoor te zorgen dat de eindmarge bij het sluiten van het project met de gebudgetteerde marge overeenkomt. De Project Manager maakt deel uit de BU Operations Frankrijk/België en rapporteert aan de Build Director Belgïe.

**Jouw hoofdtaken**:

- Analyse van het verzoek van de klant - contact met de klant als het nodig is om meer details te hebben voor het opstellen van de technische offerte
- Inplannen van de installatie
- Selectie van de mankracht (technici en onderaannemers) en opvolging ervan
- Materiaal bestellen en reserveren
- Licenties aanvragen
- Users manuals opstellen
- Teamleader ( coördinatie tussen klant, technici, team of project support, onderaannemers)
- Opvolging van het werf en supervisie van het werk van onderaannemers & technici
- Oplevering van het werf
- Ontvangen, controleren en goedkeuren van prestaties van de onderaannemers.
- Facturatie van de leveranciers en de onderaannemers
- Opstellen van “As-Built” voor de klant
- Voorbereiden van de facturatie
- Analyse van de rentabiliteit van de werven (tijdens het project en op einde van het werf)
- Na installatie en na verkoop, het enige contact met de klant

**Profiel**
- Ervaring met SMI en Electronic Security installaties en/of met Cash installaties
- Kennis informatica : Microsoft Office (vooral Excel) en basis netwerkkennis.
- Kennis van Prince II is een pluspunt
- Sterk analytisch vermogen
- Passieve kennis van het Engels
- 2-talig NL-FR of FR-NL met goed schriftelijke kennis om verslagen in het NL te kunnen schrijven
- Team kunnen leiden
- Hoge sociale vaardigheid - met klanten, technici & onderaannemers
- Commercieel inzicht
- Rijbewijs B
- Liefst in bezit van een Tobback veiligheidsattest
- Snel beschikbaar
