As a Customer Relationship Manager at Cognizant, your primary responsibility is to grow the existing portfolio by expanding the existing accounts in the BFS business segment in the BeNeLux and by supporting the business development team to help win business with new clients.

As a portfolio owner, you will own the P&L, strategy and the client relationships of some of our most important customers in the BeNeLux market. This position requires you to draw out a long-term business plan and bring new initiatives when the need arises. If you are excited and motivated by leading teams, creating network, building relationships then this is the right position.

**The Opportunity**
If you are highly motivated to work closely with clients and colleagues to build trustful business relationships as well as to grow business and teams then this is the right position Based on your technical and domain knowledge the position also offers opportunities to represent Cognizant in various leading industry and technology forums, thus expanding your business network further.

You are the link between the Client and Cognizant capability and act as client’s link to larger Cognizant organization. This is a commercial role, which entails reaching out to clients and solving their critical business problems with Cognizant’s digital solutions in the Banking & Financial Services Industry.

**Your key result areas**
- Drive, expand and further develop our digital and business transformation footprint into the BFS market segment
- Be responsible for growing our business with one or more of our strategic BFS clients and expand it
- Develop insights into client’s organization structure, business, and IT strategy.
- Lead and take responsibility for strategic engagements and orchestrate outcomes leveraging our unique end-to-end capabilities especially in case of large deals
- Play a key role in driving and selling major assignments with deep business impact while working closely with different teams in Cognizant
- Build and manage relationships across various levels in client organizations, particularly in the Executive Management Level
