**Jouw rol binnen ACA**:
Als duurzaamheid al lang meer voor jou is dan een geitenwollensokken verhaal en je klaar bent om het verschil te maken, dan ben je bij ACA Group op de goede plek. Voor ons primeert passie boven kennis en we verwachten dan ook niet dat je op de hoogte bent van alle technische ins & outs rond duurzaamheid. Het is voor ons wel belangrijk dat je een oprechte betrokkenheid voelt bij het onderwerp duurzaamheid en dat je je graag samen met ons verdiept in de verschillende onderliggende thema’s.

In deze rol neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor:

- Het opvolgen van de verschillende sustainability projecten: budget, kwaliteit, deadlines
- Het rapporteren over de progressie van de sustainability projecten
- Het brainstormen en meedenken met de sustainability program manager over het jaarlijks programma binnen en buiten de organisatie
- Het voorbereiden van sustainability campagnes in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen
- Het waar nodig mee duiken in de projecten
- De organisatie van het beleid rond intern welzijn & preventie met extern advies
- Het helpen coördineren van projecten in andere domeinen (bv marcom, interne verbondenheid,) kan ook tot de mogelijkheden behoren

**Enkele voorbeelden van projecten**
- Carbon Footprint actieplan
- het opzetten van een gezondheidscampagne voor het ACA team
- het opvolgen en opmaken van plannen voor het interne welzijn
- en preventiebeleid met advies van onze externe dienst voor welzijn en preventie
- het organiseren van Interne en Externe Sustainability Think Tanks samen met onze event manager

**Ben jij de geknipte persoon voor deze rol?**:
**Hard skills**:

- Sterke communicatievaardigheden (Engels & Nederlands) zijn zowel mondeling als schriftelijk essentieel
- Je weet van aanpakken in het omzetten van theorie naar praktijk
- Het is een + (maar geen “must”) als je ervaring hebt met, een opleiding in, of een persoonlijk project rond duurzaamheid
- Ook ervaring met Projectmanagement is een +

**Soft skills**:

- Authenticiteit staat hoog genoteerd in jouw persoonlijke waarden
- Een positief kritische mindset is broodnodig in een wereld vol “greenwashing”
- Enthousiaste, creatieve kwinkslagen zijn je niet onbekend
- Ownership nemen schrikt je niet af en is iets wat vanzelf komt bij jou
