Een greep uit het takenpakket:

- Je staat in voor de continue verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van afdelingen
- Je maakt KPI’s op en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je maakt gebruik van “Value Stream Mapping” om de Lean-strategie van de afdelingen te ontwikkelen
- Je bent een echte people manager die instaat voor volgende zaken:

- Personeelsplanning
- Actieve deelname aan sollicitatie-interviews
- Leiden van teammeetings
- Evaluaties
- Opvolgen van opleidingsbehoeften
- Beheren van de verlofplanning
- Etc.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt goede samenwerkingen met verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de geplande productie output en het managen van de afdelings-KPI’s

**Profiel**

Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een Bachelor/ Master op zak in een industriële of technische richting of beschikt over relevante werkervaring
- Je beschikt over een goede portie people management skills en bouwde hier al een mooie ervaring in op binnen een productie-omgeving
- Je hebt technische affiniteit
- Je hebt een ijzersterke talenkennis Nederlands-Engels
- Je bent vertrouwd met Lean en behaalde hier dan ook een certificaat in
- Je houdt ervan om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren en te implementeren
- Je hebt kennis van SPC en Six-Sigma
- Je bent een vlotte communicator met een sterk analytisch inzicht
- **Je bent bereid om occasioneel te reizen**
