Als waardevol teamlid lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan deze ambitie en help je om Deutsche Bank dé referentiebank voor Personal en Private banking klanten te maken.
Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om klanten het juiste beleggingsadvies te geven, hun portfolio actief te beheren en nieuwe klanten aan te trekken. Door het genereren van leads en het uitbreiden van je netwerk, bouw je mee aan de groei van onze bank en zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten optimaal kunnen profiteren van onze dienstverlening.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als Personal Banking Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken en behouden van klanten bij Deutsche Bank - Advisory Center Hasselt.
Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Je biedt een aangename ontvangst aan klanten zodat ze zich welkom voelen.
- Je promoot met enthousiasme en dynamiek de strategie, missie en waarden én de producten en diensten van de Deutsche Bank zowel aan prospecten als aan klanten.
- Je beheert klantenportefeuilles van affluent klanten
- Je zet je actief in voor de verdere uitbouw van deze klantenportefeuilles.
- Je treedt op als vertrouwenspersoon en adviseert bestaande en nieuwe klanten in het optimaliseren van hun beleggingsportefeuilles in functie van hun beleggingsprofiel en potentieel.
- Je onderhandelt met klanten met oog voor een win-win.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de evoluties binnen de banksector, de producten en diensten van de Deutsche Bank.
- Je verzorgt klantenadministratie.
Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma en je bent gepassioneerd door de financiële sector;
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in beleggingsadvies;
- Gedegen kennis van financiële producten en dienstverlening;
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je bent ondernemend, positief ingesteld en je onderhoudt graag klantenrelaties;
- Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden en je kan anderen overtuigen;
- Dankzij jouw klantgerichtheid en inlevingsvermogen ben jij in staat om precies te begrijpen wat de klant nodig heeft;
- Je bent een teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken;
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, je hebt oog voor detail en je kan je werk goed organiseren.
