**Functie**

Binnen Attentia streven we naar een vlotte, consistente, efficiënte en foutloze operations end-to-end (pre-payroll tot post-payroll) voor onze klanten in de HR Business. Om dit verder te garanderen en te optimaliseren zijn we op zoek naar een operational lead binnen het segment van middelgrote ondernemingen.

De operational lead is verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van de payroll dienstverlening voor de klant. Zowel voor de uitvoering van afgesproken processen als proactief opvolgen en waken over de kwaliteit van de payroll dienstverlening die het team levert.

**Wat verwachten we van jou in deze rol?**
- Je organiseert en coördineert de basis payroll
- en postpayroll activiteiten die uitgevoerd worden in jouw team.
- Je stemt de prioriteiten af op basis van de lopende projecten en cases voor de toegewezen klantenportefeuille, zowel intern als met de klant.
- Je rapporteert over de kwaliteit van de payroll dienstverlening van Attentia en dit zowel bij de klanten als intern. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van de beschikbare tools en rapporteringen.
- Je volgt de wettelijke wijzigingen op, volgt actua sessies bij en maakt samenvattingen voor de collega’s van jouw team.
- Interne operationele opvolging
- Je ondersteunt de klantenbeheerders door in piekmomenten hen te ontlasten van vragen van de klanten, te helpen met hun inhoudelijke vragen en opvolgingen van complexe dossiers.
- Je beheert de standaard SLA's in pre-,post
- en payroll, maakt afspraken in overleg, volgt naleving ervan op en stuurt bij indien nodig samen met je team.
- Je volgt de cases op, inspireert de teamleden voor de goede performance en rapporteert hierover naar de service delivery manager.
- Je beheert de service catalogus, je evalueert deze regelmatig, doet verbetervoorstellen indien nodig en communiceert binnen Attentia.
- Je bent in staat om, na overleg en analyse, verbetervoorstellen te formuleren op procesmatig niveau en nieuwe werkwijzen te introduceren in het team.
- Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille.
- Je ondersteunt de collega’s bij operationele meetings.
- Je zorgt voor een goede onboarding en begeleiding van nieuwe klanten.

- Je bent sterk met cijfers.
- Je benadert een case vanuit verschillende invalshoeken, je ziet trends en patronen in ogenschijnlijk niet-gerelateerde feiten, je ontdekt niet voor de hand liggende verbanden, onderzoekt alternatieve verklaringen voor een bepaald resultaat alvorens tot een sluitende conclusie te komen, je weet door een kritische benadering van het geheel te komen tot een diepere of bijkomende vraagstelling.
- Eigenaarschap: je voelt je betrokken bij de organisatie en straalt dit uit, doet de job op een enthousiaste manier, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat en initieert de nodige stappen om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken, denkt proactief mee om (betere) resultaten te behalen voor jezelf, voor het team en voor Attentia.
- Adviserend: je treedt op als lange termijnpartner, geeft pertinent advies op lange termijn, ook als is dat niet altijd in het voordeel op korte termijn, weegt verschillende alternatieven ten opzichte van elkaar af door mogelijke neveneffecten of ‘minder zichtbare’ consequenties in kaart te brengen, selecteert het best passende alternatief op basis van het totaalbeeld, de noden van de situatie en de impact op andere verwante domeinen.
- Effectief in communicatie: je kan een complex verhaal eenvoudig aan de man brengen, bekijkt de vraag vanuit het perspectief van de klant en je bent in staat zich in te leven in de situatie, anticipeert op vragen en noden van de klant en doet voorstellen ter optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.
