Je zal toetreden tot het dynamisch team gespecialiseerd in de installatie van elektrische laadpalen bij B2B klanten. Dan is dit jouw kans Customer Delivery Officer B2B Functieomschrijving Jouw taken: Tijdens de opleverfase: - Zorg dragen voor een correcte en tijdige levering tijdens de installatieperiode, met als doel maximale klanttevredenheid (KPI-gestuurd). - Beheer en coördinatie met de klant en installatiepartner rondom het installatieproces (informatie verzamelen, planning, afstemming oplossingen, configuratiedetails, …). - Opvolgen van projectkosten gedurende de installatieperiode. - Administratieve opvolging van contracten: facturatie, verlenging en beheer van vragen en verzoeken. Andere taken: - Ontwikkelen en aanleveren van product-/oplossingstrainingen voor installatiepartners. - Proactief signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen. - Samenwerken met het Sales team, Solutions Development en Productmanagement om feedback te geven voor continue verbetering van het productaanbod. Profiel Jouw profiel: - Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van Engels. - Bachelor of master in engineering, operations of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring. - Kennis van de eMobility-markt en interesse in energietransitie/duurzaamheid. - 2-4 jaar ervaring in technische ondersteuning of klantenservice, bij voorkeur in de e-mobiliteitssector. - Ervaring met CRM- en ticketingsystemen. - Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen; je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren. - Gedreven om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving. - Teamspirit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en veilig werken staan centraal.
