Functie Voor de functie van Materials Management Coordinator heb je 2 luiken in je takenpakket op gebied van procurement en material managmenet : PROCUREMENT - Je staat in voor het uitbouwen van de relatie met leveranciers en monitort de kwaliteit in hun service process, - Je ondersteund interne partijen met betrekking tot bestellingen aangaande niet-standaard materialen, dit startend van marktonderzoek tot aan de selectie van de juiste leverancier, - Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid omtrent het beheren en monitoren van de administratie van het aankoopproces, dit van aanvraag tot levering, - Je documenteert leveranciersklachten en volgt deze verder op, MATERIALS MANAGEMENT - Je gebruikt de SAP Planning tool om een gedetailleerde productie planning uit te werken en te beheren, dit gebaseerd op forecast oefeningen en klantenorders, - Je ontwikkelt een stockbeheer dat tegemoet komt aan de policies en prioriteiten, - Je zorgt voor de bestelling van grondstoffen, voorraden en verpakkingsmaterialen in samenwerking met de procurement collega’s, - Je beheert het stockbeheer op een zo optimaal mogelijke manier. Profiel Als Materials Management Coordinator kunnen we je zo omschrijven : - Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding in economische richting en toont een sterke interesse voor de technische aspecten van de producten. - Je hebt enige ervaring in een organiserende rol in een internationale productie omgeving. - Klantentevredenheid (zowel intern als extern) draag je hoog in het vaandel. - Als enthousiaste problem-solver zie je elk probleem als een uitdaging en zoek je (samen met de andere afdelingen) naar een efficiënte oplossing. - Je hebt oog voor detail en bent opmerkzaam voor afwijkingen of veranderingen aan producten en documenten. - Je kan vlot spreken, lezen en schrijven in het Nederlands en het Engels. Andere talen zijn een troef. - Je bent administratief nauwkeurig, en gaat vlot om met de meest courante MS Office software applicaties.
