Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een hands-on mentaliteit? Hou je van afwisseling en zorg jij graag dat alles op rolletjes loopt? Voor ons kantoor zoeken we een Allround Admin Support die instaat voor een vlotte werking van het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen. Als Allround Admin Support ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externen. Je ondersteunt onze interne werking, coördineert events, sociale media en teambuildings, en zorgt ervoor dat ons kantoor tiptop in orde blijft. Daarnaast bied je basis IT- en telefoniesupport en beheer je digitale documenten en verzorg je de verzending ervan. Wat ga je doen? Coördineren en praktisch organiseren van interne events, meetings en teambuildings. Opvolgen sociale media, marketingacties. Aanspreekpunt voor eerste lijn IT-vragen (hardware basics, printers, inloggen…) en vragen eventueel doorgeven aan onze helpdesk. Beheer van telefonie (toestellen, SIM-kaarten, wijzigingen) en coördinatie met de provider. Aanmaken en opvolgen van (digitale) documenten. Bestellen van benodigdheden en zorgen voor orde en organisatie ons kantoorgebouw. Algemeen administratief en operationeel support. Je hebt een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je bent georganiseerd, proactief en houdt van afwisseling. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert vlot en denkt in oplossingen.
