IT Support

We are looking for a bold and reliable
**IT Support** to join our Expleo Belgium community for a challenging project within the banking industry

**What does it look like to be a DevOps Engineer at**
**Expleo**
**?**

As an IT Support, you will provide technical support to maintain both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.
- You have to determine and find the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- You will follow-up and update customer status and information and identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- You will documents, track, and examine problems to ensure timely solutions

**What do you need to fit comfortably in our team?**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- Work experience as a technical support/ IT support
- Good understanding of computer systems, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good communication skills in **Dutch, French AND English**
