As Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Office management (order office furniture, catering, facility...).
- Organisation and coordination of internal events and meetings.
- Agenda management.
- Administrative support to the team (emails, calls, invoices,...).
- Reception for external clients.
Profiel
- Experience in a similar role or in an international environment.
- Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, and French or Dutch.
