In dit Senior Commercial Track krijg je opleiding en coaching op jouw maat. Zo maken we samen een succes van je verdere loopbaan. Langs deze track neem je de kortste weg Wat kan je verwachten van deze Senior Commercial Track bij KBC? - Je volgt een opleidingstraject op maat: een combinatie van online en face-to-face opleidingen in onze Retail Academy (Antwerpen, Gent, Leuven of Brussel). - Daarna stroop je de mouwen op en versterk je ons commercieel netwerk. We kiezen een werkplek voor jou waar je vlot geraakt en waar er voldoende ervaren collega’s zijn die je kunnen begeleiden. Eerst ligt je focus op klanten helpen met dagelijks bankieren. - Zo groei je uit tot Expert in wonen & verzekeren, oplossingen voor ondernemers of beleggingen. Functieomschrijving - Je helpt klanten in het kantoor en telefonisch, maar ook via chat of e-mail. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt, je geeft hen persoonlijk advies en begeleidt hen bij digitaal bankieren. - Bij jou merken klanten echt dat ze op de eerste plaats komen. Dankzij je resultaat- en klantgerichte aanpak win je hun vertrouwen. Zo versterk je de klantbinding. - Zie je een commerciële opportuniteit? Je bent al lang in actie geschoten. Je bent dan ook de geknipte persoon om commerciële acties op te zetten – samen met je team. - Met een positieve uitstraling draag je onze merkwaarden uit en draag je bij tot onze verdere groei. Profiel - Je hebt reeds werkervaring en een bachelordiploma in een relevante/economische richting. En heb je de attesten van Febelfin al? Dat is zeker een dikke plus. - Het is vooral belangrijk dat je energie krijgt van sociale contacten, commerciële targets halen en proactief meedenken. - Bovendien ben je ervan overtuigd dat de juiste financiële producten en diensten een groot verschil maken in het dagelijkse leven, dus daar wil je je (verder) in verdiepen. - Je gaat aan de slag met veel energie en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. - Je werkt vlot met MS Office-toepassingen en kijkt ernaar uit om met digitale collaboration tools aan de slag te gaan.
