- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to support sustainable growth.

Strategic Financial Planning and Investor Relations
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support LegalFly in achieving continued growth beyond Series A funding, including preparation for Series B and beyond.
- Fully own LegalFly’s Financial Model
- Advise the executive team on financial opportunities, risks, and long-term planning
- Play a pivotal role in fundraising

Team Development
- Lead, expand, and develop the finance team to build a robust financial function.
- Mentor and coach team members to prepare them for future growth.

Have experience in a senior finance role within a fast-growing tech B2B SaaS scale-up environment.**
- ** Have successfully managed or led financial operations during a growth phase, including transitioning through funding rounds.**
- ** Are highly proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning, fully owning SaaS metrics calculation and monitoring.**
- ** Have a strong understanding of capital raising, investor relations, and navigating financial markets.**
- ** Are familiar with international accounting standards and regulatory compliance.**
- ** Have proven experience optimizing profitability, cash flow management, and cost control.**
- ** Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring finance teams.**
- ** Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other executive teams and external stakeholders.**
- ** Have a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**
