Notre client est acteur majeur de l'immobleir belge reconnue pour son engagement en matière de durabilité, de gestion de portefeuilles diversifiés et de partenariats public-privé. Technical Project Manager - Retail Functieomschrijving - Coordonner des projets techniques et architecturaux sur plusieurs sites (rénovations, améliorations, initiatives de durabilité). - Travailler avec les équipes locales et les partenaires externes pour suivre objectifs, budgets et échéances. - Assurer le suivi des travaux liés à de nouvelles locations ou boutiques éphémères : de l'analyse technique à la réalisation. - Contrôler la qualité, les coûts et les délais des grands projets techniques dans le secteur retail. - Se tenir informé de la législation relative aux installations techniques, à la sécurité incendie, à l'environnement et à la durabilité. - Anticiper les technologies à venir, proposer des actions concrètes pour réduire les émissions de CO2 et la consommation d'énergie. Profiel - Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, construction ou domaine équivalent. - 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le retail ou un environnement multi-sites. - Bonne maîtrise des techniques du bâtiment : CVC, électricité, détection incendie, etc. - Connaissance de base de la législation immobilière et de l'exploitation des bâtiments (sécurité incendie, environnement, permis, …). - Bilingue français / néerlandais indispensable ; l'anglais est un plus. - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et aisance dans la communication. - Excellent esprit d'équipe, souci du détail, sens du progrès, flexibilité et interventions fréquentes dans les centres commerciaux.
