About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Sourcing and Management Lead to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage Sourcing Management team members and conduct/oversee all sourcing activities in assigned franchise areas.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistency within and across Franchise teams by providing guidance and developing individuals through mentoring and personal development plans. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and input to project planning and strategy within assigned franchises, including input to project forecasts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, along with leadership abilities. A good understanding of project management principles and sound knowledge of contract terms and conditions, benchmarking, and market analysis are essential. Additionally, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as great attention to detail, are required.

We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record in negotiating and effective communication. Excellent English language skills are necessary, and additional languages are advantageous.
