About the Role:

We are looking for a Support Engineer L1/L2 to strengthen our team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues for our clients.

">

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Provide first and second line support for a variety of technical issues">
  • Manage user profiles, hardware, and software, and contribute to ongoing improvement processes">
  • Perform installations and configurations and provide support for all devices within the company using various tools">
  • Regularly visit client sites to solve problems if remote resolution is not possible">
  • Handle and process tickets: onboarding and offboarding people, assigning rights or applications, resolving printer issues, and software & PC-related problems">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Relevant work experience in a Service Desk environment and ability to correctly register incidents and solve known problems according to procedures">
  • Experience with core Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and Windows OS">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to strive for the best result">
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French and a driver's license B">
  • General knowledge of AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender,...), networking, and Windows OS">
