Voor het HR-team willen wij deze functie (M/V/X) in vullen:
Betrouwbare Payroll Specialist en HR-AdministratieMinimaal 5 jaar ervaringStudieniveau: master of bachelorVoltijd (38 uur per week)
U zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van de loonadministratie en personeelsbeheer. Concreet omvatten uw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Een regelmatige aanwezigheid op onze twee locaties en functioneren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over administratieve procedures;
- Bereiden en beheren van lonen, vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremie, sociale tussenkomsten in samenwerking met sociaal secretariaat en HR-analyst;
- Beheren van personeelsdossiers in overeenstemming met geldende regelgeving en verzorgen van operationele afhandeling van arbeidsongevallenverzekering en groepsverzekering;
- Zorgen voor interne communicatie over thema's die onder uw expertisegebied vallen;
- Samenwerken met collega's van HR-team om adviezen op te stellen, nota's, rapporten e.d.;
- Onderhouden van proactief contact met externe instanties (sociaal secretariaat, RSZ, EDPB, verzekeringsmaatschappijen);
- Zorgen dat kennis van regelgeving en procedures up-to-date blijft en delen met collega's;
- Beheren van zelfstandig HR-projecten in lijn met visie van HR-directie, doelstellingen en deadlines.

Volgens barema, rekening houdend met niveau van opleiding en beroepservaring, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen (structureel telewerken na inwerkperiode, kosteloze groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering, maaltijdcheques, mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen).
