Role Overview
The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and achieving our revenue targets in Benelux. This includes defining the sales strategy of the country and making proactive suggestions based on market knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Expand our clients and reinforce existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Drive significant revenue growth through leverage networks.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by driving sustainable financial growth and managing sales budgets effectively.
- Business Strategy:
- Align sales targets with company goals, European strategy, market trends, and customer needs.
- Develop sales processes and methodologies to drive sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Identify key events and media partnerships on the Belgian market to represent Locala.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:
- Ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives through collaboration with the Europe marketing team and other departments.
- Evaluate and integrate customer feedback into product evolution and service enhancements.
