About the Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to thrive in high-impact executive projects, working closely with C-level leaders to help them navigate critical transitions.
As a Partner at Beaumont Executive Interim Management, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives, and expanding the client portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead the local BEXIM Club to foster collaboration and growth among interim managers.
- Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.
- Manage and update the CRM system for tracking leads, assignments, and client interactions.
Your Qualifications
- A strong business network and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
- A passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
- A background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry is a plus—but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Self-employed or willing to work under an independent contract structure.
