The Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMEA region. You will work closely with our reseller network to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. You will engage with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies to understand their pain points and propose innovative solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will have access to a global pipeline of opportunities and will be responsible for initiating contact and qualifying potential partners.

You will analyze and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points, and business needs, and determine how we can build a win-win relationship. This involves providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo, quoting and negotiating conditions for collaboration, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong analytical mindset, and can think creatively to solve complex problems. If you are motivated by challenge, have a hunter's spirit, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:
