Odoo is seeking an IT Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies from across the EMEA region that are interested in adopting Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • BUILD relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Provide personalized product demonstrations and quotes to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for IT and software. Fluency in English and/or Dutch, Polish, Czech, or any other Eastern European language is required. A business degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales or IT are preferred.
