Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our Odoo partner acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with IT providers across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers at IT companies.
Understand their business, capabilities, values, and processes to identify areas where our solution can add value.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partnerships and expand our existing network.
Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Fluency in English and Dutch or Polish or Czech or any Eastern European language.
A solid understanding of business principles and curiosity to learn more.
Excellent analytical skills and a hunting spirit.
No cold calling - leads come from marketing channels.
High commissions for best sellers.
