As a Business Development Representative with TN Belgium, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and driving growth. Our dynamic team is dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses work, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, IT, and software, as well as excellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for initiating contact and qualifying potential partners, analyzing their profiles and challenges, and determining how we can build a win-win relationship.

You will also be responsible for providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo, quoting and negotiating conditions for collaboration, and ensuring that our business model aligns with the partner's needs.

We offer a full-time position with an attractive salary package, high commissions for best sellers, and a range of benefits including training, sponsored events, and a sport activity allowance.

In this role, you will deal with a global pipeline of opportunities, working closely with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies. You will be responsible for building positive relations and increasing our partner network through your hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
