We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Market Access & Governmental Affairs at CareForce One.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing integrated market access strategies with clear priorities, plans, and external engagement tactics.
  • Shaping pricing and access strategies for both new launches and in-line brands in partnership with the business units and the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in market access, pricing, or government affairs.
  • Fluency in Dutch + good knowledge of French and English.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with country leadership and regional stakeholders within a matrix organization.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare systems in Belgium, including payer environments and stakeholder networks.
  • Demonstrated success in advancing market access within complex, competitive environments.
