At Arbalett, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening commercial relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry.

  • Negotiate annual agreements and ensure seamless commercial relationships throughout the year.
  • Influence customers with data-driven presentations that create mutual value.
  • Manage customer P&L and collaborate with the category manager to deliver category insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Provide regular customer feedback and suggest solutions to internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) and communicate plans to the field salesforce to ensure perfect in-store execution.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales within FMCG industries (Retail).

You will also need to be fluent in English, with a very good command of Dutch or French (bilingualism is a strong asset), and possess hands-on, team player, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and flexible qualities.
