We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our equity market solutions team as a Director - Equity Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative equity solutions and expanding corporate client coverage.

You will work closely with clients across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands to understand their complex needs and offer tailored solutions. Your deep understanding of EQUITY products and services will be essential in delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Candidates for this role should possess between 5-15 years' relevant experience and demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sales acumen, and strategic thinking. Experience in navigating cross-border transactions and managing key accounts is also highly desirable.
