Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and market share growth.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals, preferably in revenue management, business development, or related sales management.
  • Proven analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and experience with CRM, ERP, and market analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of shopper preferences, shopper activation, and category management.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, influencing diverse partners at various levels.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to capitalize on opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective team collaboration and autonomous work capabilities.
