**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Azingro NV, a family-owned company specializing in high-quality ingredients for the Food & Health industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the European Food & Health sector. This includes visiting potential customers, creating and executing forecasts and action plans to meet revenue targets across key market segments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the European Food & Health sector.
  • Visit potential customers and establish strong relationships.
  • Create and execute forecasts and action plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Increase sales with existing customers by introducing new products and solutions.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

We are looking for a commercial, entrepreneurial professional with a strong passion for the food and health industry. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Food Science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the B2B food and health ingredients sector.
