We are seeking a results-oriented professional who can optimize processes, improve engagement, and drive growth through innovative strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as experience in business development.

This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity for growth in a dynamic company. As a team leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team to meet auction and pricing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase Bidding Activity: Develop strategies to increase bids in auctions, driving engagement and competition.
