Your Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a seasoned Pricing and Business Development Lead to drive our auction and pricing strategies. In this critical role, you'll:
- Develop and implement data-driven approaches to increase bidding activity and drive engagement
- Analyze sales data to enhance conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and optimize auction processes to minimize cancellations and ensure smooth transactions
- Evaluate and improve supplier performance, establishing strong relationships with key partners
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- Proven experience in pricing and/or auction management, preferably within the automotive or e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical skills, combined with a data-driven approach to pricing and conversion improvement
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in business development
- Able to collaborate effectively with data science and product development teams
- Leadership experience with team management skills
