Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our company, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Welcome guests and provide them with necessary information.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including scheduling appointments and managing event calendars.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Dutch.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.- Strong multitasking and stress management skills.- Pleasant personality suitable for a customer service role.
